Rotate All Mode

Click this button if you wish to rotate all the atoms in your plot (selected and unselected).

Rotate Selection Mode

Click this button if you wish to rotate only the selected atoms.

Click to display the Auto Rotate dialog. This lets you specify rotation angles about the X, Y and Z screen axes, and to start continuous rotation of the crystal.

Click to display a menu of rotation angles.

Rotation Angle

The current angle step is displayed here. Click to change the angle - or click the menu button on the right to select a preset value.

-Z Rotation (Clockwise)

+X Rotation

+Z Rotation (Anti-clockwise)

+Y Rotation

Toggle Rotation Mode

Click to toggle between "rotate selection" mode, and "rotate all" mode.
